BriannaLee Griffin
BriannaLee is a plant-based wife, mom, and clinician committed to cultivating a life rooted in peace, purpose, and personal growth. She views therapy as a powerful tool for healing and transformation, and approaches each client relationship with empathy, respect, and genuine care. Her goal is to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel truly seen and heard. She utilizes evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's unique needs, helping them uncover their inner resilience and move toward emotional balance and personal fulfillment. Whether clients are navigating life transitions, processing past experiences, or seeking clarity, BriannaLee walks beside them with compassion and purpose.
One of the most meaningful breakthroughs I’ve experienced was with a client who, after years of silence, opened up about a deeply traumatic, life-altering event. For the first time, they released the weight of shame they had carried and began to see themselves through a lens of compassion rather than guilt. That moment of vulnerability and emotional release marked a major turning point in their healing. Witnessing their shift from self-blame to self-acceptance was incredibly powerful and reminded me why I do this work.
Clients can expect a personalized, collaborative process where their goals and unique communication style shape the direction of therapy. I focus on building trust and rapport, ensuring that every session feels like a safe space for reflection and growth. Whether you prefer a more direct approach or a gentle, exploratory pace, I’ll meet you where you are. I aim to support you with empathy, hold you accountable when needed, and help you navigate roadblocks with tools and insight tailored to your journey.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and establishing a comfortable, open dynamic. I’ll invite you to share your reasons for seeking therapy and your hopes for our work together. We'll also talk about your communication preferences, any previous therapy experiences, and what feels most pressing to you right now. My priority is to ensure you feel heard—not just as a client, but as a whole person—and to co-create a clear, compassionate plan forward.
My motivation as a therapist stems from a deep desire to help others heal emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. With a background in medical training, I was initially drawn to physical care, but I realized my true calling lies in emotional support and psychological wellness. Choosing therapy over a nursing path was part of honoring my own truth and stepping into alignment with my purpose—not others’ expectations. I am inspired daily by the courage of my clients and feel honored to play a role in their healing. A quote I live by is: “Be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody.”
