A client began realizing their anxiety did not need to be eliminated or that they be controlled by it. The client's anxiety could be acknowledged and accepted, and the client would still be able to move forward with their life.The perspective allowed the client more flexibility in how they responded to situations that felt overwhelming.

Depending on clients unique needs, it may vary however, all sessions will work towards establishing trust and building rapport, exploring goals/concerns, determining what evidenced-based treatment would help achieve that goal, developing treatment plan. Ongoing assessments may be administered to track progress overtime.
