Lily was born in Ontario, Canada, but moved to Boulder, Colorado, at a young age. She completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University and went on to earn her master’s degree from the University of Denver, with a concentration in mental health and animal-assisted therapy. From early on, Lily was drawn to the impact of social work, which led her to begin her career in the criminal justice system, supporting both adults and juveniles dealing with substance abuse, mental health challenges, and limited support systems. After graduate school, she relocated to Los Angeles, where she shifted her focus to working with individuals in the medical field who were experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and suicidal ideation. Lily is now dedicated to her growth as a clinician and is committed to continuously learning from each client she has the opportunity to work with.
One of my most rewarding experiences as a social worker was working with a young teen in juvenile detention who had a strained relationship with their parents. Together, we focused on improving communication, creating space for understanding, and developing tools to manage anxiety and anger. Over time,I watched them grow more confident in expressing their emotions and strengthening their bond with their family. Seeing their progress and the positive changes in their relationships was an incredibly fulfilling reminder of the power of connection and growth.
Clients can expect a collaborative and supportive experience in our sessions. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their challenges. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, meaning we work together to explore struggles, build on strengths, and develop meaningful strategies that align with their unique goals. Whether we’re processing emotions, developing coping skills, or working toward personal growth, my priority is to meet clients where they are and support them every step of the way.
In our first session together, we’ll focus on setting clear expectations for the therapeutic relationship and helping you prioritize the reasons you're seeking therapy. I’m open to answering any and all questions you may have about me and the process, and I’ll always respond honestly to the best of my ability. As a social and approachable therapist, my aim is to create a comfortable, open space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your journey.
What motivates me to be a therapist is the understanding that life can be tough, and at times, the world may feel dark and isolating. But I’ve witnessed incredible resilience in people, and that resilience continually inspires me. I am truly grateful to work with individuals, learn about their unique experiences, and partner with them to make meaningful improvements in their lives. Above all, I want people to know that they have my unwavering support. If I don’t have the exact answer at that moment, I promise to find it and ensure they receive the guidance they need. Helping others grow, overcome challenges, and thrive is what drives me.

My goal is to meet clients where they are and empower them to see their strengths, even when they may not see them themselves.
