Anytime I get the privilege of helping someone learn and utilize new skills is great experience for me. I am passionate about providing psycho-education on emotional regulation, relaxation skills, distress tolerance skills and more. It is a breakthrough moment when I see someone working the skills and benefiting from them.
Clients can expect a safe place where they can share as much or as little information they feel comfortable with. I offer a platform for clients to have an open dialogue while providing psycho-education.
Client can expect a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental environment. The beginning stages of therapy are aimed at building rapport and building trust. In the first session, a client can expect for me to gather information aimed at setting treatment goals.
